2.  Amazing visual interest

3   Eye-catching colors in shades of green, blue and yellow

4.  Only grow 1 to 6” per year

5.  Low maintenance

6.  Drought tolerant

7.  Choices of growing habits:  upright, mounding or pyramidal.

How to use Conifers in Your Garden

Dwarf Conifers can be used as anchors in mixed plantings that change seasonally, as vertical elements in a design, and in a cluster with other dwarf conifers.  They make a great focal point in a mixed bed.  Because of their year-round appeal, they greatly enhance your landscaping.  Dwarf conifers can also be used to control erosion on a slope.  Simply plant some dense ground covers and plant a few dwarf conifers and you’ll get an attractive and low maintenance solution for a difficult problem area.

Only Conifers in the Garden

Try creating a small garden area with an exclusive grouping of different small conifers.  Planting dwarf conifers in a variety of colors, texture and form can add depth and interesting visual interest.

Blue Conifers Are Stunning

The introduction of a blue conifer amongst shades of green, yellow and gold plants adds a great contrast.   For even more contrast, throw a red foliage Japanese Maple and you’ll find a delightful, colorful garden that awaits your admiration.
