Bryn Mawr Patio

Every now and then a project comes along that simply allows you to be creative and envision a client’s new improved space. This was a charming, older home in Bryn Mawr with a combination of beautiful stonework and stucco. The existing deck off the back of the house was confining and deteriorating and our client’s objective was to create an attractive patio that would draw them to their beautiful yard and create an appealing space for family and friends. Another sub goal was to have this new space completed in time for hosting a lovely summer shower for a friend’s daughter.

Pottstown Patio, Steps and Walkway

The homeowner was looking to create a back yard that their family could enjoy. The home had a nice deck but there was nothing else to draw them out into your backyard. The family has young children and they felt the deck separated them from the children playing in the backyard. The current backyard just didn’t work well for a good family outdoor experience and they desired a backyard that would accommodate family life with children better.

Malvern Patio

Our client’s new home was in need of an expansive backyard living space that would complement their beautiful home with plenty of space to entertain and relax. Their goal was to create an inviting functional backyard to welcome family and friends.

A patio was designed using Techo-Bloc Blu 60 pavers and we installed significant plantings and boulders surrounding the space.

Downingtown Backyard Makeover

The homeowner for this project was looking to create a back yard that their family and friends could enjoy. We started the project with a blank slate as the house had just recently been finished being built. When we first looked at the project the final builder grading had not even been finished. The house had come with a nice deck but there was nothing else to draw them out into their large yard.
